$352Soraya Sarah Nazarian Program in the Fine Arts
Draw what you really see, rather than what you think you see. Skills are cultivated in exercises about perception of edges, spaces, gestures, and include achieving entire compositions. Employ your intuition. Experiment with a variety of media. Learn the value of patience and persistence, in a welcoming group setting.
Required supplies for this program:
- First Day:
- 18×24 Newsprint Pad
- Tombow dual tip felt pens, black and dark brown
- Additional materials will be discussed in class
Instructor:
Adria Becker has taught in the Art Dept. for 18 years. She is a working artist, and has exhibited widely.
