Stone Carving and Sculpture – Wednesday Afternoons

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 18, 2019
Students will learn to use stone carving tools and all technical instruction to working with stone. The class also includes discussions of aesthetic approaches from the Renaissance to post-modern times to help students develop their own personal style and artistic expression.
Instructor: Michael Tine
Michael Tine received his BFA in Painting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his MFA in Sculpture from the University of Wyoming, Laramie. He has exhibited regionally and nationally.
