Yoga for You: A General Intro to Yoga

Instructor: Ida Unger
Ida began studying yoga to increase her strength and flexibility. She became interested in how this physical practice touches the soul and combines her Yogic wings with her Jewish roots to deepen both. She teaches this uplifting practice locally and nationally.
