An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 20, 2018

Program Description:
Come celebrate your body and soul in this yoga class, appropriate for all levels. We will practice poses inspired by nature and science, designed to increase energy, create calm and provide a path for growth and inner peace. Standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends and inversions will help you find joy and comfort. Resting poses soothe the nerves and feed the soul. Please bring a yoga mat and towel if you have one.
Instructor: Ida Unger
Ida began studying yoga to increase her strength and flexibility. She became interested in how this physical practice touches the soul and combines her Yogic wings with her Jewish roots to deepen both. She teaches this uplifting practice locally and nationally.
